What if Mahavatar Babajee is a myth?

Shishir Kumar I know this is going to be a shattering and devastating thought, but what if there is no one 2000/500 years old and he is just an imagination? I know he sits on the altar, on the table you do psychic reading or the painting in your hall, but, I just have my doubts. Where did I come to know about Babajee? Of course from the book called “Autobiography of a Yogi” by Swami Yogananda. I believed and followed the path. I went on to learn the Kriya Yoga. I learnt a lot of meditation techniques that took a lot many years of my life and for which I am thankful. But when it came to the great gurus I am ‘Now Skeptical’! Yes, I know the importance of guru. The Sanatan dharma has always emphasised on the importance of guru to an extent where they say first bow before guru and then God.
